Who Is
Nathalie

Meet Nathalie:
Half Swedish and half French, grew up in Italy, Spain and Sweden.
Lived  in London for a couple of years and now based in Sitges.


- Sport has always been a big passion of mine... I've been playing soccer, volleyball, tennis, swimming, and skiing until I started dancing and couldn't live without it.
Dance has always been true love and through the years I excelled in it because I discovered that it was the only athletic workout that allowed me to express myself and release emotions.
At the age of 17 I had my first  job, and during my 20 years as a dancer and choreographer I was taking fitness qualifications as I wanted to know more about this fantastic tool called BODY
Shortly after my first qualification I started to work, teaching classes and representing different sport brands such as Adidas, Nike and Lullulemon. I love working with people. I find it really fulfilling making a difference in their lives by helping them develop a healthier relationship to exercise.
I believe that keeping things simple and fun for my clients is the key to their success in achieving their goals. Inspired by art, dance, fashion, music, and popular culture, my workout method is creative, innovative and unconventional.

Saying yes to the universe and trusting myself has led me to where I am today.

with 15mins Yoga

Sculpt your whole body using only your bodyweight and tone up your muscles through cardio and HIIT training.
Then finish off with 15mins of yoga to cool down, stretch but also to connect the mind and body.

Sculpt your whole body using only your bodyweight and tone up your muscles through cardio and HIIT training.
Then finish off with 15mins of movements that help building a strong abdominal and lower back.

with a small Towel            

Tone and strengthen every inch of your body with this  kick-ass piece of equipment. These towel exercises are best performed on a hard surface. But with some plastic workout sliders (or even paper plates), they can easily be done on carpet!

You'll hit all you major muscle groups using a resistance band and doing a wide variety of exercises designed to get you stronger and fitter.

Booty Core

with 15mins Dance

We start with some latino vibes and then hit the best booty-boosting and core-toning exercises.

Mat-Pilates

The main goal of the class is to improve strength in the core and abdominal area, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes, giving your body a long, lean look.

Dynamic Yoga

A new spin on traditional Yoga class where core work is always included. This class is for all levels and it's a mind/body workout that will leave you feeling worked out, stretched out with the benefits of yoga's healing power.

Nathalie Rosenberg is my favorite personal trainer/fitness instructor and I've trained with her weekly in Stockholm for years before she relocated to Sitges.
